An automatic alien substances removing apparatus for a bottle is provided to remove static electricity inside of the bottle, discharge dust and foreign materials, and remove or disinfect and sterilize foreign materials in the bottle with ionized air. An automatic alien substances removing apparatus for a bottle(100) comprises a fixed table(200) in which a plurality of supports(210) protruded to outside and a guide rail are equipped; a rotator(400) in which an air tank(410) is equipped and clamps(420) for gripping the mouth of the bottle are radially equipped; an upper shaft(500) in which a through-hole(510) connected to the air tank is formed; a fixed case(600) which is fixed by a bearing(610) and equipped with a rotary joint(630) supplying the external air through an air supply pipe(620); a guide rail(700) rotating the bottle by guiding the clamp around a rotation axis; an air spray part(800) spraying the ionized air to discharge the foreign material in the bottle; and a dust collector(890) which inhales and stores the foreign material discharged from the bottle.
