The time delay output apparatus for circuit breaker is provided to reduce the size and to simplify the configuration and to enhance the reliability of operation. The time delay output apparatus comprises as follows. The switch(131) is disposed at one side of the main shaft(115) opening and closing the fixed contact point(111) and operation contact part(112). The delay element(141) is arranged to rotate between the main shaft and switch with the rotation of the main shaft and operates the switch having the delay time after the contact of the operation contact part and fixed contact point. The delay element spring(151) gives the elastic force to the delay element in order when the interception direction rotation of the main shaft is operated. The reset plate(121) delivers the driving force to the delay element in the rotation of the main shaft.
