A method for manufacturing a die-casting frame is provided to prevent abrasion and damage from occurring due to the friction generated while a portable phone is sliding. A die-casting frame manufacturing method comprises the following steps of: inserting the liquid for heating and melts the aluminum alloy for die-casting at 700~750‹C into the cavity of a mold for molding(S1); and after arranging an alloy frame which is manufactured and cooled in the above step in a press machine, pressing the alloy frame, and then molding the thickness for forming a rail for sliding at both sides of the alloy frame(S2).
