A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A HIGH-VISIBLE FLUORESCENT/AXIS-LIGHTING POLYURETHANE FILM WITH ENHANCED CONTRAST AND STRENGTH

A manufacturing method of visible phosphorous / fluorescent polyurethane film with excellent luminance and strength is provided to ensure excellent visible property in the place where the light exists and to maintain the long time afterglow with high luminance in the place without the light. A manufacturing method of visible phosphorous / fluorescent polyurethane film with excellent luminance and strength comprises (a) a step for dispensing visible phosphorous / fluorescent polyurethane coating liquid composition; (b) a step for forming a visible phosphorous / fluorescent polyurethane coating layer by applying the visible phosphorous / fluorescent polyurethane coating liquid composition on the release paper uniformly by using a comma overall cotter, and volatilizing a ketone-based or amide-based organic solvent by using a hot air dryer of 80~140‹C; (c) a step for forming luminance and strength-reinforcing layer by applying a composition consisting of (i) one part polyurethane resin 100.0 parts by weight for dry coating having 100% modulus of 30~150 kgf / cm^2, (ii) ketone-based or amide-based organic solvent 25~35 parts by weight, (iii) white pigment or white toner 8~12 parts by weight and (iv) silica filler 3~4 parts by weight, on the visible phosphorous / fluorescent polyurethane coating layer uniformly by using a air knife coating method, and volatilizing the organic solvent by using a hot air dryer of 100~140‹C; and (d) a step for releasing it from the release paper by drying and aging it at a room temperature for 12~24 hours.
