A notch deburring apparatus is provided to reduce the difference in processing depth by deforming the deburring tool made of a plurality of cover bodies into an elliptical shape when deburring a notch. A notch deburring apparatus comprises a deburring tool(220) in which cutter bodies(250) with a plurality of cutters(240) are arranged at regular intervals to form a circular shape so that the expansion and contraction are accomplished, a cylindrical housing(270) formed on one side of the deburring tool, a connection bar(210) connected to the cutter bodies through the upper side of the housing, plates(190,200) which are formed integrally with the connection bar inside the housing and has a circular hole in the center, springs(300) which elastically support the plates from both sides of the plate, a piston unit(230) inserted into the center hole of the plate, a rod(330) which is hinged on one end of the piston unit so that the piston unit reciprocates, and a spindle unit(360) in which a circular moving groove(370) is formed so that the rod rotates.
