A bolt loosening prevention washer and a terminal structure with a bolt loosening prevention function are provided to implement a strong locking structure without a spring washer, thereby reducing the number of parts. A terminal structure with a bolt loosening prevention function comprises a bolt(44) driven to an object, a terminal piece(10) and a washer(20) pressuring and fixing the object by being placed between the bolt and the object. A groove(16) and a protrusion(36) are formed on the facing surfaces of the terminal piece and the washer, respectively. The washer also includes a bolt hole, and pressurizing members which are bent up or down around the bolt hole.
