<p>The spherical or ovoid food composition useful in solid, liquid or frosty food products, comprises a solid structure, and a core having air and coated with a first chocolate layer and a second saccharide layer glazed with wax. The first chocolate layer has a thickness of 2.5 mm. The second saccharide layer has a thickness of 0.5 mm, and illustrations. An opening is present in the first and second layers, and is blocked by an element comprising a base and a ring. The core (98%) comprises a glazed cream or a preparation of glazed cream. The element is made of chocolate. An independent claim is included for a process for obtaining a food composition.</p> |
