METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR COMPOSING SCENE USING LASER CONTENTS

A method and an apparatus for configuring a scene by using laser contents are provided to configure a scene by using the LASeR(Lightweight Application Scene Representation) contents according as a specific event or a specific condition is generated in a laser service. Laser contents including scene configuration set and element for displaying a determined scene according to information are generated in a receiver and transmitted to a terminal(750). The terminal receives the laser contents. Capability of the terminal is checked. The capability of the terminal is compared with information included in the laser contents(760). A scene configuration set and a scene configuration element according to the performance of the terminal among plural scene configuration sets and scene configuration elements according to the comparison result are selected. A scene to be serviced is configured by using at least one of the selected scene configuration set and scene configuration element(770). The laser contents include a scene configuration element usable for replacing the scene configuration element of the scene configuration set.
