A radio network system for transmitting and receiving a request packet by stations on a network in case that a coordinator is changed on a network and a method for transmitting and receiving data on wireless network are provided to limit the transmission and reception of the request packet by stations on network. A frame maker(750) generates a beacon frame for defining super-frame. A bandwidth managing part(760) sets up the presence of available channel time block about the band reservation request of station to the beacon frame. A communications unit(770) transmits the beacon frame through the predetermined communications channel.
