The absorbable vascular anastomotic system is provided to implement simply vascular anastomosis and to avoid the danger of neophobia and to recover the blood vessel elasticity. The absorbable vascular anastomotic system comprises the water-absorption vascular anastomosis device comprises a inserting tube(100) which has the protrusion of the ring profile and a plurality of hooks(104) protruded to outside; the connection pipe(200) having the groove which is fixed at both ends of the two inserting tubes. The inserting tube and connection pipe are the material which is absorbed in human body. The cross section of the inserting tube is the cylindrical pipe which has three intervals of 120 degree.
