An apparatus for controlling an operation of an electronic device for a car by using a haptic device, and an electronic system thereof are provided to supply convenience to a user by easily controlling the electronic device through the haptic device. An apparatus for controlling an operation of an electronic device for a car comprises a haptic device(110) and a control unit(120). The haptic device is contacted to a part of the body of a user. The haptic device senses a motion amount according to movement of the contacted body and outputs the sensing signal. The haptic device outputs a selection signal when the haptic device is pressed. The haptic device applies feedback force to the contacted body in response to a feedback driving signal. A control unit calculates a motion location of the haptic device based on the sensing signal.
