<p>An aperture 10,110 created in a sheet of foldable material for use in cartons and carton blanks, and especially in article carriers of the top-gripping style. The aperture is designed to hold articles such as bottles 30 securely. This is achieved by arranging around the circumference of an aperture 14,114 two series of tabs a major series 24,124 and a minor series 26,126; the minor series being struck from the major series. The two series of tabs can engage the bottle at two different elevations relative to the plane of the sheet of foldable material.</p> |
