A system and a method for revitalizing an electronic cash affiliation shop are provided to supply complete security with regard to an LSAM distributed to the electronic cash affiliation shop and manage charging transaction information of the electronic cash affiliation shop integrally, summarily and comprehensively. A system for revitalizing an electronic cash affiliation shop comprises an electronic cash company server(10), an LSAM(Load Secure Application Module)(C1~Cn), an LASM ledger database(14), and a charging device(B1~Bn). The electronic cash company server distributes and mounts an inactivated LSAM to a new electronic cash affiliation shop. The electronic cash company server generates an LSAM ledger for managing charging transaction information of a corresponding LSAM. A charging function of the LSAM is activated by function activating information from the electronic cash company server. A charging terminal activates a function of the mounted LSAM by exchanging online information with the electronic cash company server through a network. |
