A scribbling prevention ballpoint pen is provided to allow a ballpoint core to be used for long time and prevent external force from causing the ballpoint pen to protrude to the outside of the ballpoint pen by preventing pressing of a ballpoint pen core pusher. In a ballpoint pen having a body(2) of a ballpoint pen(1), and a ballpoint pen core inserted into a lower ballpoint pen core case(3) formed in a lower part of the body, a press preventing adjuster-mounted ballpoint pen comprises: an adjuster inserting groove(11) into which the adjuster is inserted; a ballpoint pen pusher(20) on which the adjuster inserting groove is formed; an adjuster(10) which is inserted into the adjuster inserting groove such that the adjuster is movable forward and backward within the adjuster inserting groove, which is brought into contact with a contact face(13) on an upper end of the body of the ballpoint pen when the ballpoint pen is not used, and which is positioned under the adjuster moving groove to adjust use or non-use of the ballpoint pen when the ballpoint pen is used; and an adjuster moving groove(12) through which the adjuster is descended to a position for using the ballpoint pen, and which guides a moving passage for ascending the adjuster when the ballpoint pen is not used. |
