The apparatus for auxiliary contact of circuit breaker is provided to prevent the malfunction of the on/off switch generated by over stroke of the link module installed at the auxiliary contact apparatus of breaker. The apparatus for auxiliary contact of circuit breaker comprises the switch axis(100) opening and cutting off the electric current by rotation, the auxiliary contact part(200) including the on/off switch which is installed at the circuit breaker body, and is electrically connected with the external indicator, the cam driving axis(300) installed at the on/off switch front of the auxiliary contact part, the driving cam(400) which is formed along the radial direction of the cam drive axis, and the link axis(500) connecting the cam drive axis and switch axis.
