A composite truss and a construction method of a structure using the same are provided to utilize a member cross section effectively, to secure usability and economical efficiency, and to extend the usability of a member. A composite truss contains an upper chord member(110), a bracing member(120) and a lower chord member(130), wherein concrete(140) of an upper chord member is formed to cover only the center of the upper chord member and concrete(150) of a lower chord member is formed to cover the entire length of the lower chord member, so that the concrete of an upper chord member is formed to resist compressive force and the concrete of a lower chord member is prestressed to resist tensile force, and the bracing member is manufactured with steel only and a reinforcing bar(141) is bent to be projected upward to the upper side of the concrete of an upper chord member to secure the integrity with a bottom plate(300).
