DISCLOSED ARE A SPHERICAL REFLECTIVE SCREEN FOR DISPLAYING AN IMAGE AND A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SCREEN. THE SCREEN (1) HAS A SPHERICAL SURFACE (R) WITH A RADIUS OF CURVATURE (R1) OF A CIRCLE DRAWN CENTERING AROUND A POINT (R2), AND A FOCAL LENGTH (F'') OF THE SCREEN (1) IS THE SAME AS A PROJECTION LENGTH (F1) OF A PROJECTOR (7) SO THAT THE PROJECTOR (7) IS LOCATED AT A FOCAL POINT (F) OF THE SCREEN (1), THUS ALLOWING THE IMAGE FORMED BY MEANS OF LIGHT PROJECTED FROM THE PROJECTOR (7) TO BE STRAIGHTLY REFLECTED ON THE SCREEN (1) BUT AMBIENT LIGHT TO BE DIFFUSED TO THE OUTSIDE. THE SCREEN (1) DISPLAYS AN IMAGE WITH A HIGH LUMINANCE TEN TIMES AS MUCH AS A CONVENTIONAL SCREEN. A FRICTIONAL SURFACE (5) AND DIFFUSING LINES (6) ARE SIMULTANEOUSLY FORMED ON AN ALUMINUM FOIL (3) BY RUBBING THE DOUBLE-LAYERED ALUMINUM FOILS TOGETHER IN ONE DIRECTION, SO THAT THE FRICTIONAL SURFACE (5) OF THE SCREEN (1) HAS A REFLECTIVITY OF 10-45, WHICH IS 10 TO 45 TIMES AS MUCH AS THE REFLECTIVITY (1) OF A CONVENTION SCREEN, AND A VIEWING ANGLE AND RESOLUTION OF THE SCREEN (1) ARE IMPROVED TWO TIMES OR MORE.FIG. 4
