A high pass filter filtering to attenuate or remove frequency bands lower than a cur-off frequency is presented to reduce cost and to have compact size, as having rapid attenuation characteristics. According to a high pass filter, capacitors(13,15) are arranged serially to a transmission line transmitting a high frequency signal and act as capacitive components for the high frequency signal. A conductive part(32) crosses with the transmission line, and acts as a conductive component for the high frequency signal. A branch line(31) includes an inductive part(17) acting as an inductive components for the high frequency signal.
