The invention relates to an adjusting bearing (1) having an inner ring (5) and an outer ring (6) and rolling bodies which are arranged in between. In order to be able to absorb higher forces over a wider rotational speed range with the adjusting bearing (1), according to the invention, the rolling bodies are embodied as spherical rollers (2) with in each case two side faces (8, 9) which are flattened symmetrically from a spherical shape and which are arranged parallel to one another.
