ARRANGEMENT FOR LOW FREQUENCY WAVE EFFECT ON THE PERFORATION ZONE OF THE WELL CASTING PIPE

Arrangement for low frequency wave effect consisting of sonic emitter in form of two cylindrical piezoelectric ceramic or magnetostrictive elements 1,2 connected through symmetrising connecting sleeve 3. The emitter is connected with the passive back plate 9 and positioned in the hermetic enclosure consisting of two parts 10, 11. The arrangements includes active emitting plate 8 in form of a disc with two flat emitting surfaces perpendicular to the long axis of the arrangement located outside the hermetic enclosure, as well as at least one metallic reflector 15 with flat surfaces parallel to the flat surfaces of the active emitting plate 8 that can be moved along the arrangement axis and fixed in the predefined position. The emitter 15 is mounted on the carrier 14. Sonic emitter is equipped with two matching metallic conic concentrators 4, 5, positioned at both sides of the emitter, and two cylindrical bimetallic rib waveguides 6, 7. Each of the concentrators 4, 5 at one end is connected with the emitter and at the second end - with the end of one of the bimetallic rib waveguides 6, 7. Each of the waveguides 6, 7 is made as a cylindrical rod with ribs in form of washers (ribs) 17 distributed uniformly along its length. At that, resonance frequency of the wave effect is reduced, the vibroacoustic effect radius is increased, and arrangement dimensions are decreased.
