<p>Provided is a technique for realizing penetrating wiring instead of cross-over wiring in a wiring structure such as a flexible cable for a chassis and a stay in a PDP device or the like. In this device, the stay (2) on the surface of a chassis has, for example, a hat shape having an inverted squared U-shaped protrusion. A flexible cable (FC) (3) is introduced through openings (5) made in two side plates so as to be arranged substantially in a straight line. Moreover, the stay (2) has a protrusion (7) protruding downward from the U-shaped protrusion and arranged frontward of a second side plate (22). The protrusion (7) has a maximum height higher than the lower end surface of the opening (5) and lower than the upper end surface of the opening (5) by at least the thickness of FC (3).</p>
