An office chair having a posture correcting function is provided to prevent problems including eye drop, diseases of musculoskeletal system, deformation of waist and neck, and others due to the use of a computer by compulsively inducing a seat occupant of the chair to take a correct posture. A chair for correcting the posture of a seat occupant comprises: an automatic angle adjusting unit(60) operated to throw back a seat(10), a back support(20), and a head support if measurement values are sensed by a head sensor(31) in a state that a preset time is exceeded as a distance between the head support and the head positioned in front of the head support is not less than a preset numerical value; and a control part(70) controlling the seat, back support, and head support such that the seat, back support, and head support are thrown back if is detected by a waist sensor(21) that the waist is not closely adhered to the back support in a state that it is detected by a sitting sensor(11) that the seat occupant is seated.
