A teflon coating heat treatment furnace of a shoe mold is provided to reduce heat loss and heat treatment time by using energy source cheaper than electricity and using the heat of a heater in convection type. A teflon coating heat treatment furnace of a shoe mold comprises a furnace(1) having a chamber(2), a burner(5) which is equipped on one end of a main duct(3) arranged in the lower side of the furnace, a punching duct(4) connected to the other end of the main duct and branched by a distribution pipe(6), and a door(9). Holes(7) are punched on the punching duct so that the combustion gas of the burner is exhausted.
