The invention relates to the mechanical engineering and can be used for preparing dry, semidry, mortar and concrete plastic or stiff mixes. The continuous mixer comprises a cylindrical body (1) with mixing organs made in the form of radial bars (2), placed in a helical line on a rotary shaft (3). Novelty consists in that on the radial bars (2), in the course of rotation of the shaft (3), there are fixed longitudinal bars (4) parallel to the axis of the shaft (3), the diameter of which is equal to the diameter of the radial bars (2), and the step of the longitudinal bars (4) is greater than their diameter. In the adjacent longitudinal rows the longitudinal bars (4) are placed with a half-step displacement. On the ends of the radial bars (2), to which the distance from the extreme longitudinal bar (4) up to the end of the radial bar (2) is equal to the step of the longitudinal bars (4), there are fixed longitudinal scrubbers (5) with the cutting angle equal to 45?, the projection of which on the longitudinal plane passing through the radial bar (2) and the axis of the shaft (3) does not exceed the diameter of the radial bar (2).
