A dynamic image distribution system includes: a dynamic image data storage unit; a dynamic image data distribution unit; a synthesis data storage unit; a synthesis data distribution unit; a synthesis process file generation unit which synthesizes a synthesis process file containing at least identifiers of the dynamic image data and synthesis data specified upon reception of specification of dynamic image data and synthesis data from a terminal and an identifier of a program to reproduce the specified dynamic image data and the synthesis data on a terminal; a generation information registration unit which registers a synthesis process file to a generated information storage unit; a reproduction request reception unit which receives an identifier of the program from the terminal; and a terminal-destined information transmission unit which transmits a synthesis process file corresponding to the received program identifier to the terminal. The dynamic image data distribution unit and the synthesis data distribution unit distribute the dynamic image data and the synthesis data upon reception of the identifier of the dynamic image data and the identifier of the synthesis data which have been transmitted according to the synthesis process file by the terminal.
