An commodity sale system (100) comprising advertisement data creating means for extracting, on receiving a delivery request of an advertisement of a specified commodity from a portable telephone (103) through a communication network, the advertisement data on the specified commodity and privilege information from an advertisement database where commodities, advertisement data on the commodities, and privilege information are so stored as to be associated with one another and creating advertisement data, registering means for associating information for specifying the portable telephone (103) which has sent the delivery request, the commodity of the extracted advertisement data, and the privilege information with one another and registering them in a customer information database, and privilege information extracting means for extracting a privilege given to the portable telephone (103) which requests commodity purchase while referring to the privilege information database when the portable telephone (103) requests commodity purchase. ® KIPO & WIPO 2009
