The apparatus 10 includes a guide body 12 which defines a guide passage 14. In use, a drill bit (54, Figure 4) is locatable in the guide passage. The drilling apparatus also includes fluid supply means (30, 40, Figure 5) for providing fluid to the passage 14 to cool the drill bit in use. The fluid supply means may include a supply passage, a valve and a reservoir 30 for holding a supply of fluid. An effluent collection container 44 may also be provided for collecting fluid and drilling debris. Attachment means such as spaced suction cups (20, Figure 2) may be used to attach the guide body to a work piece. |
