A safety compass is provided to rotate an upper portion of a fixing part in a state that a circular central point is fixed by adhering a rubber packing instead of a needle to a lower end of a plastic cylinder made of a transparent material. A safety compass comprises a transparent cylinder(1), a rubber packing(2), a cross-member for forming a circular central point, and a rotary part formed to be easily rotated. The cross member is installed inside the cylinder to easily form the circular central point by drawing spider lines. The cylinder and rubber packing are made of the transparent material. The rubber packing is made of a transparent rubber material. The transparent cylinder is connected to a bottom portion of a fixing part.
