A trailer concrete pump is provided to generate hot water by heating water in a water heating tank by heat emitted from a muffler by mounting the water heating tank at an upper end of a main body. A water heating tank(10) and a muffler(8) are mounted on a top part of a main body case(3) stacked on a trailer(2), wherein the water heating tank surrounds the muffler. A pressure pump is mounted to a traverse connection frame in the main body case and pumps hot water from the water heating tank via a hot water line connected to the water heating tank.
