A power distribution system comprising a dual supply voltage air circuit breaker is presented to sense short-circuit of a commercial power supply and stability of power supply, by comprising a voltage transformer at each line of the commercial power supply and an emergency power supply and comprising a current transformer at a load line. A power distribution system comprising a dual supply voltage air circuit breaker comprises voltage transformers(PT310, 320), a current transformer(CT, 400) and a circuit breaker protection unit(200). The voltage transformer senses an input voltage. A current transformer senses a load current. The circuit breaker protection unit controls a circuit breaker controller(110) through the voltage transformer and the current transformer. The circuit breaker controller controls the operation of the dual voltage air circuit breaker through an input signal.
