The element (100) has a locking tab (110) which carries a projection terminal (112) that is penetrated in the opening during telescopic engagement of the elements. A control element (300) is in engagement with the tab between a locking position in which the terminal projects to penetrate in the opening, and a retracted position, and between the retracted position and the locking position.
