The building material has a basic shape in the form of cuboid or plate-shaped. The building material has a basic shape in the form of cuboid or plate-shaped, two rectangular or quadratic base surfaces oppositely lying with each other and four front surfaces connecting with one another. The external layers of the adhesive layer consist of different materials. The external areas or layers of the adhesive layer consists of physically-active and/or hardened adhesive, and pressure-sensitive adhesive, and has high viscosity of 15.000 mPas or more, and a glass transition temperature of -30[deg] C or less. The flat surface has non-coherent adhesive areas. Gaps between the areas of the adhesive layer are provided with constant width of 15 cm or more. The individual areas of the adhesive layer have a prolate shape with a constant width of 20 mm or less. The outwardly turned side of the adhesive layer is covered with a detachable covering layer (4) e.g. a removable film and/or a removable paper.
