NEW OLIVOSYL TYLACTONE AND ITS PREPARATION METHOD

A manufacturing method of olivosyl tylactone is provided to cure diseases by the bacterias carrying tolerance to an existing antibiotic and to synthesize an antibiotic effectly. A manufacturing method of olivosyl tylactone comprises steps of: mixing a biosynthesis cluster PRS coding a pikromycin and a desosamine biosynthesis enzym; adding and culturing a tylactone into a growth culture ground of microorganism obtained transforming Streptomyces venezuelae YJ069 inserting desIII, desIV and desR to a re-combination vector(pYJ146) comprising desVII, desVIII, oleV, oleW and urdR; and manufacturing the olivosyl tylactone by being extracted by chloroform and concentrating methanol.
