A retaining wall block and a construction method of the retaining wall blocks are provided to exclude the necessity for constructing a separate form at retaining wall construction and to decrease the man-hour accordingly, to improve in appearance and to construct a retaining wall environment-friendlily, to shorten a period of construction and to execute successive work regardless of the curing of concrete. A retaining wall block for forming a retaining wall by connecting mutually or piling up comprises a base portion(21) having irregularities to couple with the ground, a main body(23) extended from the base portion to form the outward appearance of a retaining wall and provided with a concrete injection space to inject concrete inward, and an injection portion(24) installed to at least one side of the main body and injecting concrete to the injection space of the main body. |
