A management method of mobile network for balancing network load is provided to achieve efficient network load balancing due to connecting network traffic to data to be transmitted in QSTA. A transition require message including backlog station among of the QoS access point(QAP) to the QoS station(QSTA) connected to oneself(S12). A basic service set(BSS) transition is determined by using the back log station included in the transition require-message in which QSTA is received(S13).
