A two stage reading stand is provided, which achieves an easy assembly and disassembly by simple configuration and makes transportation and storage convenient. A two stage reading stand is constituted as follows. A main reading board(2) and a secondary reading board(3) are installed at the supporting member(1) at a certain interval. First and second inclines(4,5) are formed in the hypotenuse of the supporting member. A fitting groove(6) and a hanging protrusion(7) are formed on the top and bottom of the first incline to insert the top and bottom of the main reading board. A hanging member(8) having a concave groove(8a) is integrally formed in the lower part of the second incline.
