A chloridevinyl resin wrap film composition is provided to improve elongation and softness, to unwind the wrapping film, and to be suitable for the packaging for food. A chloridevinyl resin wrap film composition comprises 20~30 parts by weight of acetylated mono glycerine as a plasticizer and 1~5 parts by weight of a fatty acid ester compound as an anti-fogging agent based on 100.0 parts by weight of the total composition. The acetylated mono glycerine has specific gravity of 0.940~0.950 g / cm^3, an acid value of 1~3, a saponification value of 440~455 and a hydroxyl value of 15~20.
