A wireless internet connection method using a plug and plan and a wireless internet access device for implementing the same are provided to increase the convenience of a user due to directly using internet without additional operation from a user. A sensor(240) generates sensing signal in case that connection with information communication apparatus is recognized. A controller(260) sets up a packet data protocol session for transmission/reception of packet data through wireless connection with wireless internet used in registering location in order to use of wireless internet through an information communication apparatus, and to perform the location register to the wireless internet by setting up wireless connection with wireless internet according to the generation of sensing signal.
