<p>A dispensing device for dispensing medicaments to a patient which includes a supporting structure; a carriage assembly interconnected with the supporting structure for movement between a first position and a second position and a semi-rigid, collapsible reservoir carried by the carriage assembly. A stored energy source is operably associated with the carriage assembly for moving the carriage assembly between the first and second positions. The device also includes novel structure, including fill-vials, for adding medicaments to the fluid within the fluid reservoir.</p>
