A polymer spar buoy is provided to expand the light time by connecting synthetic resin to the pipe for filling polyurethanes around the outer circumference. A first mast(10) has a top mark(40) which has a lighthouse assembly(30), and a radar reflector(41). A second mast(50) is connected to the buoyancy mark(51) at the outside of the second mast. A third mast(60) is connected with a sinking weight(61) through a universal joint(62). A polyethylene pipe is exteriorly added on the first, second, and third mast using a round shape steel stick as an axis. A polyurethanes is filled between the axis and the pipe. A lighthouse(34) is attached to the upper end of a solar cell(31).
