An ODT device and semiconductor memory device including the same is provided to reduce a whole chip dimensions by reducing a dimensions of a transmission line to half. An ODT(On Die Termination) device and semiconductor memory device including the same comprises a calibration circuit(810), a transmission line(820), and a termination resistor. The calibration circuit generates a first and second calibration codes for deciding a termination resistance value. The transmission line transmits the first calibration code during a first section, and transmits the second calibration code during a second section. The termination resistor performs an impedance matching through a resistance value determined by receiving the first and second calibration codes.
