AN IMPELLER FORGING MOLD

摘要

An impeller forging mold is provided to improve the dimension precision and price competition of an impeller and make the mass production possible by molding the impeller through forging process. An impeller forging mold comprises a punch assembly(100) applying the pressure which is provided from a press apparatus to a workpiece(W) processed first, and a die assembly(200) in which the workpiece is settled and a molding space of the shape corresponding to the impeller is formed in one side. The die assembly comprises a sectional die(210) consisting of multiple die pieces having the same shape and forming the molding space with the combination of the multiple die pieces, a reinforcement plate(220) in which a die receiving part(222) for accommodating the sectional die is formed to support the sectional die, and an outlet(230) reciprocating straight inside the reinforcement plate and sectional die and taking out the sectional die and impeller.
