An anti-glare led lens and led lamp is provided to prevent glare by dispersing light from each LED and forming dispersed distribution. An anti-glare led lens and led lamp includes a lens plate(110), a light-emitting diode module(120), and case(130). A plurality of protruded lens(112) are arranged at the lens plate. In the light-emitting diode module, LED(LED, 122) are arranged to be corresponding to the protruded lenses. If the power source is supplied to the light-emitting diode module, LEDs radiate, and the light-emitting diode module and lens plate are screwed to the case.
