The process involves producing a conductive layer (11) in form of conductor track portions on a surface of a carrier substrate, and depositing a metallic coating forming an electrically conductive structure on the conductive layer by application of a flow of current in an electrolyte with a dissolved coating metal, where the substrate has a plastic material film. The layer is produced in the form of conductor track extensions (23-26), which are arranged on sides of the conductor track portions and are convexly curved away from the oppositely disposed conductor track portion.
