The vehicle seating has a vertical adjustable seat frame, which has two moving relatively to each other seat frame units. A fluid spring, particularly air spring is arranged to the seat frame units for vertical adjustment. The valve unit of the inner side of cylindrical component is adjustably arranged with a rod element provided as control element. Fluid and exhaust openings of the rod element of the control valves are alternatively joint to each other by a relative displacement of the cylindrical component and the rod element.
