Disclosed is a process for producing a resin composite molded article by adhering an molded article (A) formed from a resin A comprising a polymer having an alicyclic structure to a molded article (B) formed from a resin B, wherein the adhering comprises the following steps 1 to 3: (step 1) performing at least one activation treatment of an adhesion surface of the molded article (A) and then treating the adhesion surface with a silane coupling agent (A), wherein the activation treatment is selected from plasma irradiation, excimer UV irradiation and corona discharge; (step 2) performing at least one activation treatment of an adhesion surface of the molded article (B), wherein the activation treatment is selected from plasma irradiation, excimer UV irradiation and corona discharge; and (step 3) superimposing the adhesion surface of the molded article (A) on the adhesion surface of the molded article (B) and then compressing the superposed article. It is possible to adhere the molded articles (A) and (B) to each other at a temperature lower than a glass transition temperature of the resin employed without the need of using any adhesive agent and therefore produce a resin composite molded article having excellent peel strength. ® KIPO & WIPO 2009 |
