A variable circuit including control unit and trigger transmission unit, communications apparatus, mobile communications apparatus, and communications system are provided to prevent mechanical deformation and adherence phenomenon by changing a mechanical state of a device in various timing. A variable circuit(510) has a device in which a mechanical state is changed, and includes a control unit(20) and a trigger transmission unit(22). The control part changes a present state which is a mechanical state of the device into a different state, and returns the different state into the present state. The trigger transmission unit transmits a first trigger changing the device into the control part.
