An endless cap ply-cutting apparatus is provided to reduce costs by applying inexpensive straight cutter blades instead of expensive circular knives, and to improve productivity by replacing the straight cutter knives safely and easily. An endless cap ply-cutting apparatus comprises: a knife fixing jig(20) horizontally installed; a plurality of knife holders installed at fixed intervals on one side of the knife fixing jig along the longitudinal direction of the knife fixing jig; a plurality of straight cutter blades(40) inserted into each of the knife holders from the upper side to the lower side; a drive motor(50) disposed above the straight cutter blades; a drive gear(60) and a screw(70) sequentially installed on a bottom part of the drive motor to transmit power of the drive motor; and a fixing unit(80) connecting the screw and upper ends of the cutter blades.
