An energy saving system and method for unoccupied control is provided to control space use of energy instrument individually based on the space reservation management by measuring amount the amount of energy consumption in real time. In an energy saving system and method for unoccupied control, a lighting device, a temperature controller, and a damper controller are allowed to use energy according to the space reservation information. A fan coil unit controller(20) controls energy consumption wireless and stores inspection data. A building control unit(10) controls the operation of the fan coil unit controller wireless, stores the amount of energy consumption inspection data, and calculates energy consumption based on the inspection data.
