A roaster is provided to remove fat easily and prevent smoke and fire generating due to the dropping of fat to heat source. A roaster(1) comprises a main body(10), in which one side is equipped with a supportive piece and the other side is equipped with a fat drip pan; a first panel(20), rested on the top of the main body, in which a number of first grills is equipped horizontally; a second panel(30) in which one end is rested on the supportive piece and the other end is rested on the fat drip pan, and a second grill is horizontally arranged; and a lid(40) rested on the top of the main body. |
